Members of the All Ireland winning Clare Minor Hurling team and management gathered at Durty Nelly's in Bunratty last night 20 years on from their Munster Final appearance in 1997.

Though losing out to Tipperary in that game, Clare won the All Ireland championship following a 1-11 to 1-9 defeat of Galway in the All-Ireland final on 14 September 1997 in what ultimately would be a rare minor / senior double for The Banner.

It was Clare's first Minor All-Ireland title and the first to be won by a team which was beaten in the earlier rounds.
