Full-back David McInerney's chances of lining out for Clare in the Munster Senior Hurling Championship Final have been rated as 50-50 by Clare Senior Hurling Management.

McInerney suffered a hamstring injury on Saturday while playing a Clare Cup game for Tulla.

McInerney was one of Clare's standout performers in the semi-final win over Limerick on June 4. 

Clare take on the winners of the other semi-final between Cork and Waterford on July 9.
