Clare reached their first Munster Senior Hurling Championship Final since 2008 on Sunday when they defeated neighbours Limerick by 3-17 to 2-16 in a competitive derby semi-final.
Shane O'Donnell (2-2) and Conor McGrath (1-3) were the Clare heroes and helped the Banner to just their fifth Munster Championship win in 18 years.
Clare play the winners of the other semi-final which pitches Waterford against Cork who overcame All Ireland Champions Tipperary in the Quarter Final.
Speaking after today's game, Clare Joint Manager Gerry O'Connor said: "I've been following Clare hurling as a supporter for a long time. There's something special about the Munster final, it's something that we're going to relish and something we're going to really focus on over the next four weeks.”
