Eamonn Taaffe, the man who scored the winning goal in Clare's 1995 All Ireland Final win over Offaly in 1995, won the inaugural Club Clare Poker Classic on Friday night.
The Tubber man came out on top at the event which took place at the Temple Gate Hotel in Ennis.
A large crowd turned up for the Poker Classic, from which all proceeds will go towards the provision of identified facilities, equipment and services for Clare hurling.
Established in January 2017, Club Clare is run by a team of volunteers who organise fundraising initiatives to support Clare's hurling teams from the U14 Development Squads right up to the senior team.
