Ben O'Gorman returned to full training with the Clare Senior Hurlers this evening (Tuesday) having recovered from a knee injury picked up in early February.
The Wolfe Tones na Sionna player has missed all of Clare's Allianz National Hurling League campaign to date while he also missed LIT's Fitzgibbon Cup semi-final.
The news is a welcome boost for the Banner who have been hit on the double on the injury front i the past week with the news that Oisín O'Brien could miss the rest of the season due to a cruciate ligament injury and the confirmation that Shane O'Donnell faces a spell on the sidelines as he overcomes a knee injury.
O'Gorman scored Clare's only goal against Waterford in the Munster Senior League in January. Watch the goal here.
